Delivery
· Free delivery for orders over $125.00 CAD.
· The processing time for an order before shipping is 1 to 3 business days.

· Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer for orders outside of Canada.
Delivery Failure Situation
· We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts.
· The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided such as the order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we are unable to provide a refund for you.
Exchanges and Refunds
· No refunds, exchanges only within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
The product is not worn, washed, or damaged.
· All sale items are final sale and not refundable or exchangeable.
· Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a quality issue.
· The initial shipping costs are non-refundable as it is a service rendered.
